The Challenge

Before MOGU, every travel proposal at Viajes Intermex was an artisanal process that consumed days of work. Agents had to gather information destination by destination, draft itineraries from scratch in PDF documents, search for photographs on the internet and then cut and paste them manually, and review every detail to avoid errors before sending to the customer. With a team of more than 200 people operating across the country and an increasing volume of requests, this workflow didn't scale: while an agent spent days on a single proposal, other sales opportunities remained unattended. In addition, the final result - documents with inconsistent formats and a limited visual presentation - did not reflect the quality of the service that the agency actually offers, nor did it meet the expectations of a traveler used to agile and attractive digital experiences.

The Solution

Intermex Travel designed an intelligent adoption of MOGU: they started with a pilot of 10 agents, selected as those with the highest volume of business and the greatest fluency with technology. This initial group was responsible for testing the platform, mastering its functionalities and validating the results before scaling up to the rest of the team. The combination of MOGU with artificial intelligence now allows them to capture all the necessary information for each trip, generate proposals with a professional finish and respond to their clients in hours instead of days, freeing up time for what really matters: selling more and better.
